The room was compact and new-fashioned, offered a balcony, coffee, and a kettle. Great and perfect location, it was short walk to all the shops and tram lines, tram and train, and the beaches. It was 1 km from Harry Ramsden's, offering quick-service food.

We would love to come back here some time to have once again a really nice christmas. This well-maintained hotel is set in a central area. Its location is magnificent, close to Grosvenor Casino Bournemouth. Easy access to restaurants and cafés which are in close proximity to the venue. The staff are reasonably good and knowledgeable. The food is fabulous and fab.

Perfectly clean and the staff was welcoming and incredible. The beds were extremely comfy, room was compact and modern. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - near to public transport, shops and restaurants, bus 99 to the airport and promenade and tourist sights. There was soup restaurant Le Country Store, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Food was fine and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip.

The property was beautifully decorated and well-organized with flexible staff at the reception desk. Fantastic very central location adjacent to larger shopping area, the train station, tram terminus, Seafront, Nice Etoile shopping centre and multiple bus stops, and cathedral and the main street. Had dinner at Crumbs, set 5 mins away on foot. The bedroom was great-sized and brand-new. The beds were good, the bathroom was great-sized as expected.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Spent here 2 perfect days and can't wait to go back. Got economic double room with nice view and the view of the NorteDame Cathetal plus the iron was located as expected. The location was great and absolutely perfect very close to the tram that goes to the airport and met standards.
